To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

2. Click to Start Application

You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

3. Review and Submit 

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." 

First grade students must be six (6) by September 1.

Kindergarten students must be five (5) by September 1.

Hooper Academy Admission Requirements

  1. Prospective families must make application to join the West Montgomery  Educational Foundation.  Approved Applications forms will be chardeed a membership and registration fees.
  2. Parents/guardians and children must attend a conference with the Headmaster to discuss the student’s academic and behavior record.  Children moving from the Day Care Center to Kindergarten can schedule this conference during summer months prior to the next school year.  A student may be allowed to enter classes at the Headmaster’s discretion prior to board approval, but a family is not officially accepted as members of the foundation until all requirements have been met.
  3. Membership and student application forms will be submitted to the Membership and Tuition Committee which may contact references of applicants and upon approval, submit the applicants to the Board of Trustees for final approval.
  4. Membership is voted on for approval/rejection by the Board of Trustees at the next scheduled board meeting and the applicant will be notified in writing of the decision.
